How do I do a Stock Movement Report on Posibolt?
A stock movement report refers to a report that provides information about each transaction that affects the on-hand balance of a stock items, or range of stock items, during a specified time period.
- Log in to Posibolt and navigate the Posibolt Main Menu, on the right side you will see Menu options
- Select Stock in the Main Menu, navigate to the sub-menu and then locate Reports, and then select the Stock Movement Report option under Reports to be redirected to the Stock Movement Report screen.
- Select the filters that you want to populate in your report, enter a barcode if you want a specific product, including every other field needed, and click search to generate the report. Please take note of the Document status.
- A list of products will appear which shows any stock movement (stock activity) within warehouses and more, and if you want specific details click the hyperlink of the product (the product name in blue in the table).
- You can view or export the report at the bottom right of the table, in the format you want by clicking the format (csv, pdf, excel) you need.
