How to create a Credit Payment Report on Posibolt?

How do I manage a Credit Customer on Posibolt?

  1. Click the Main Menu button on the top left of the screen (a left-facing arrow)
  2. Navigate to the right side of the screen on the menu option and select Credit Sales Management
  3. Navigate the menu option that appears on the left and select Credit Management
  4. Two options will appear to search by, either choose Customer Code or Customer Name
  5. To the right side you will have extra options, where you can click More and have filter options to search by e.g. filter by organisation.
  6. Click search to search the Customer Name entered or Customer Code entered.
  7. Select a customer and if there are multiple customers with the same name, the one highlighted in YELLOW is the one selected, and all the customer details are going to appear on the right side of the screen.
  8. On the right side you can choose to select the options to see Invoice Details or Ledger with options SHOW LEDGER by clicking either of the options
  9. You can select the name in yellow, written in blue (hyperlink), after clicking the name which will show all the Customer's information
  10. If you want to edit the Customer's information or create a New Customer you navigate to the bottom of the screen and choose either one of the options.
  11. To edit or create a new customer will have the same options (You will need permission to edit a customer or create a new one) and when you are done click save at the bottom of the screen.
Credit customer's limitations will need a policy or a form of agreement. You can set the Payment Terms, Credit limits or Credit Status on the Menu directed above.
  1. You can download the Credit Management Reports in one or all of the options, CSV , PDF or Excel under the table with customer names

How to create a Credit Payment Report on Posibolt?

This is a report that shows all the credit payments for a fixed or custom period.
  1. Click the Main Menu button on the top left of the screen (a left-facing arrow)
  2. Navigate to the right side of the screen on the menu option and select Credit Sales Management
  3. Navigate the menu option that appears on the left and select Credit Payment Report.
  4. Enter and select the filters you want to include in your report.
  5. You can choose a customer by clicking RV Number and it will populate the payment details of that specific customer and/or transaction.
