Price List Schema
In POSibolt, the price list schema is used to update the item prices to a new price list from another price list based on a discount or markup percentage.
To access price list schema screen you will need to
Navigate to the main menu
Click on the administration
Click on the Price list schema

Click on the button.
Enter the Schema Name
Enter the button to add the rules.
Schema Rule
The rule you can create for a particular category or Group 1 or Group 2. If you want to get affected for all items, keep all blank.
Here, you can mention different discount percentages for list price, standard price and limit price.
Note: If you want to use this price list schema to markup from another price list put -ve value in the discount field.
If you want to add any extra amount after the discount percentage to the price, put the amount in the surcharge field.
Here I am going to create a staff price list schema to create a new staff price list with Sales Price - 10%.
Enter the percentage value on Discount field
Click on the Save button.
How to update the prices in a pricelist using price list schema,
Go to the price list screen and click on create new button.
Enter the price list details like mentioned in the above price list part.
select the create price list checkbox
Select the base price list(The new price list will update from the base price list based on price list schema rule)
Select price list schema from the next drop down.
Click on the save button.
Selecting Delete old records will remove existing prices from the price list if you running price list schema for an existing price list and update with new prices.
Now, you can go to the product administration screen and check the new price list created with Sales price list - 10% discount for all items.
