Purchases Report
What is a Purchases report?
Purchase reports are reports exclusively generated for purchase transactions that have purchase information in your organization.
This report can be summarised by vendors,date or invoices
Where does one find the Purchases report?
In the Main menu , click on performance analysis
Navigate to Purchases report
How to Generate data/information in this report
Once you have clicked on Purchases report you will be directed to this screen shown below.
This report is much like the sales report but only displaying purchases made .
The search criteria is simple and similar to other reports.
The difference in the search fields in this report is the Summary by field .
The Summary by field has 3 options - DATE displaying the report using date as the main search
-VENDOR displays the report using vendor as the main search
INVOICE displaying the report using invoice as the main search but also including date and vendors
Once you have the search criteria fields click on search.
