Sales Report
A sales report gives an overview of the state of the sales activities within a company. It shows the different trends happening in the sales volume over a certain time.
Where does one find the Sales report
In the Main menu , click on performance analysis
Navigate to Sales report
How to Generate data/information in this report
Once you have clicked on sales report you will be directed to this screen shown below.
In this report you can generate reports by certains months,fixed periods of time or customs dates.
This report screen has a Type field showing two options: Report Basic - This generates the net total sales as one consolidated amount only
Report Full - This generates the net total sales by showing as well as profits,cost and GP %
The show cash details when checked , displays the payment modes used for these sales created displayed in the report as well as on the right hand side of the screen
Once you have chosen your desired search criteria, click on search and your report will be displayed.
