How do I generate a Stock Sales Report on Posibolt?
What is a stock sales report?
Stock Sales reports are a record of sales activity over a particular period of time. These reports reveal whether the store or multiple stores are on track to meet its quota and alert management to any potential issues.
These reports are often generated either by individual managers or buyers. Sales reports include data on total sales quantities, Quantities on hand, quantities in transit, last grv(received) date and GP % per the last grv for all stores/organisations on one report
Where does one find the stock sales report?
- In the Main menu, click on performance analysis
- Navigate to the Stock sales report
How to Generate data/information in this report
Once you have clicked on stock sales report you will be directed to the below screen.
This report will generate according to the search criteria chosen.
You can search for a particular style/code/item or a category as well.
Column by has two options- Warehouse
- Organisation
By selecting warehouse will display all warehouses in this report and by selecting organisation will display all stores in the report.
Select your sales period and click on search.
You can browse through all stores against your total using the bottom slide bar.
This report shows all items sold in the period selected. As well last grv date, quantity on hand, quantity sold, quantity in transit, per sell-off and GP % as per last grv date in total as well as each store per item.
In the search criteria you group by BASE PRODUCT when attributes are involved.
This will change the item name colours two meaning you can click on the item itself and further view more information on sizes and colours or
whatever attributes you have given.
When clicking on the item the report below will be displayed.
As you can see the colours are also in blue meaning you can further click down in sizes to view colours.
